Homemade Shower Soothers

1 cup baking soda.
Homemade shower soothers. Silicone molds or muffin tin and liners eucalyptus essential oil. They are basically little cakes of baking soda that you put on the floor in your shower while you shower and when the hot water hits them they release fragrant essential oils. Add 5 drops of lavender peppermint and eucalyptus onto each disk and allow the oils to soak in.
30 drops eucalyptus globulus essential oil i highly recommend these essential oils 30 drops rosemary essential oil i highly recommend these essential oils. Store in mason jars or a plastic container. Water enough to cover the baking soda.
