If you find a leak remove the shower head re tape the threads of the shower arm and re install the shower head. Clamp your longest adjustable pipe wrench around the shower arm for best leverage.

Again there should be no leaks. If you don t have any plumbing tape handy create a waterproof seal with pipe joint compound. Repeat this process until no more leaks are found.
