Many plastic shower curtains can become brittle in cold water making it more likely to shred. Next use the cloth to lightly scrub the curtain to remove the dirt and grime. The next time you shower the water will wash away the cleaner along with collected grime.
Get mold and mildew off your shower curtains. Plastic shower curtains can usually be machine washed. Wash them along with a couple of bath towels to prevent the plastic curtains from crinkling in warm water with 1 2 cup chlorine.
Then use a new cloth to wipe down the shower curtain with warm water. To clean a shower curtain start by sprinkling a light layer of baking soda over a damp microfiber cloth.
